A clear photograph of the whole item is useful, along with a close-up of the fabric and any care label. If the fabric is delicate or you are unsure what it is, tell Stevie rather than guessing.
Include details of spills, marks, pets or odours and any products previously applied. Stevie can then discuss the material, condition and suitable next steps with you. Drying and treatment advice will depend on the individual item.
For other soft furnishings, send a photo and any material or care-label information. I’ll confirm whether the item is suitable for cleaning and what approach can be offered.
