From one room to the whole home.
Living rooms, bedrooms and hallways all have different levels of use. Tell Stevie which areas need cleaning and whether you have particular marks or concerns, so your enquiry starts with the right information.
You can add each room, staircase and landing separately in the enquiry form. Approximate room measurements help: length × width is enough to start with. If you do not know the carpet material or size, choose “Not sure” and include a photograph.
For stains, include a close-up, explain what caused the mark if known, and mention anything already used on it. Stevie will discuss the carpet’s condition and what is practical before agreeing the work.
